My plan is now to back up my computer to an external computer hoping my stored data will be saved somewhere and then I will install Steam again and save the stored data wherever they were.. I thought the other options were before installing Windows uninstall all the games I have on my D drive and then install the games individually new or b install Windows and install the games only once during the current and same game folder on D- station.
Even if you uninstall a game the layers would have been stored in the cloud so next time the layers will be downloaded and synchronized to the game so you can continue to play.. Not exactly If you uninstall Steam you also uninstall many registry games which means that all games in your Steam Steams folder will appear as uninstalled.. I not sure if it affecting or not but I thought I write it here I had to delete some storage files on a regular basis and I eventually gave you I playing The Witcher.. Some games can save their stocks in the Steam directory while others save them somewhere on your system - you must find the layers of each game and transfer them one at a time.
I did not have enough time in my life to live up to this game Migrating Savegames Many games save their storage files in Steam Cloud where saving games are stored online and synchronized between computers.. I still have problems with Steam I installed it again a few days ago I tried to restore the system not knowing that it will not restore the data.. If you do you must back up your storage There is no guarantee that they will still be there after an operation.
